Lympha's Ownership

Alright, so I need something that actually resembles a terms of service so all I got is:

-You can regift, retrade or resell my designs, regardless of how you obtained them yourself. 

-Redesigns are, of course, cool with me, no need to ask for persmission or to run it with me to see if it's 'too different' cause I don't really mind all that much, the guy's yours now.

-You can profit off the design itself but by using the artwork I made for it. Think like if you made and sold plushes of the design then that's cool with me but if you use the art I made for profit then I'm not cool with that.

-Don't use it for weird, bigoted stuff; I'm not one for revokes and, also, once a design of me leaves my account, I have only so much control over it after, so I'll just block to avoid further interaction.

That's all I can think off really, don't wanna be strict at all with my designs but some funny guy can defiently get all smart with my old TOS.
