Road Runner Railway

Road Runner Railway was the last coaster to be added for SFGAd’s “War on Lines” initiative. Being themed to the speedy and mostly mute Roadrunner, RRR would share similarities with him. RRR was selectively mute (his vocabulary including the obvious “meep-meep”!), quick on his toes, and followed “cartoon logic”( i.e. he could fall from a great height and not be seriously injured). For the first season of his life, Road Runner liked to be quite a troublemaker; he’d get into all sorts of dangerous shenanigans only to reveal that none of it harmed him. That is until his coaster was removed just after a few months of operation; fortunately, RRR would return by next season’s opening day. Maybe it was because the coasterdroids weren’t reacting as much to his “acts”  or his coaster's newfound safety mechanisms, but RRR’s behavior would change. He began looking for someone to be his friend and that person would be Runaway Mine Train. She’d help Road Runner channel the energy that he previously used for riling people up into something positive. Their bond would continue to grow, and eventually, the two took on a pseudo-mother/son dynamic. RMT had another child she could care for, and RRR had someone by his side at all times. Besides his “mother”, RRR liked to spend his time with Blackbeard( who was later rethemed to Harley Quinn), Skull Mountain, Nitro, and Joker (though RMT makes sure that RRR isn’t being too influenced by him). Road Runner wouldn’t completely give up his mischievous nature, though he dialed back on the intensity and scale of his shenanigans. For the next two decades, RRR would live a happy and healthy life, his coaster providing hundreds of kids their first “big” ride. After September 3rd, 2019, RRR's coaster(and three other kiddy rides) were removed to allow for the construction of Jersey Devil Coaster. RRR was left as a mass of energy for over two years, but this would not be the end...
