- Name origin- Lucius meaning "light", which he appears as to other people but is, in fact, the opposite.

- His hair gradient starts from his ears going down. He also has straight hair (compared to Laverne's wavy hair).

"Welcome back. Would you like the usual for today, then?"
On the outside, Lucius is incredibly charming and polite. His voice and the way he talks often draws people towards him. He always has a smile on for others and other people love to be in his presence. Tasks assigned to him are done in no time flawlessly which makes him someone worth relying on. He doesn’t show it, but he does love being praised.
This, however, is all a facade maintained by Lucius to get on people’s good side. In reality, Lucius is apathetic and insensible. He has a strong hatred for people and is annoyed by them quite easily. He would do any means necessary to get what he wants, disregarding his own feelings. People often talk to him about themselves but Lucius only really keeps information that would benefit him, not really caring about the actual person. He does make a conscious effort into seeming like he cares about other people though, only so that he will not be suspicious.
It is almost impossible for Lucius to form genuine bonds with people. Aside from the fact that he hates sharing personal information in general, his resentment towards others makes it hard for him to trust people. Knowing that others may very well be like him, he tends to carefully choose the words that come out of his mouth. A slip of the tongue about his history or the activities he does outside of work may cost him his job and his life. Lucius has already come up with a fake but believable life story should anyone ask about his history.
Other than working his job to earn money, Lucius has no real dreams and aspirations. He sees no future for himself other than wanting to earn enough to move out of his parents’ home. The concept of having a normal, happy life is foreign to him as he lived most of his life looking out for himself making sure he does not get killed trying to survive or by his parents. Lucius never received formal education and most of his knowledge about the world was learned through the various jobs he took up upon growing up.
During his off time when he is not in a bad mood, Lucius likes to stay out and go for a smoke in the alleyways. He usually does so at night as he is less likely to be seen in the dark. Spending all day in a noisy bar is exasperating so being by himself without anyone to bother him gives him a sense of peace.
When Lucius was born, he also had a twin sister named Laverne. Her parents were not expecting this, and they only expected having a son. Nevertheless, Lucius' parents decided to take care of both of them.
By the time Lucius and his twin sister were 5, their parents started to run out of money. It has come to a point where they could no longer support the twins, and they could only take care of one. Of course since they only wanted a son at first, they decided to keep the brother. Laverne's parents planned to leave her out in a faraway park away from home.
That day came, and Lucius had no idea they were going to leave his sister behind. As they drove away, Lucius banged the door of their car and yelled for them to go back to Laverne, but his parents ignored him and continued to drive home. Lucius kept crying as the thought of being separated from his sister devastated him. They were very close as toddlers and often played with each other. As he was crying, he looked beside him and saw that Laverne left her hair tie in the car. He took it and held it close to his chest as he sobbed.
As the family got home, Lucius' mother had to explain to him why they had to leave Laverne behind. He took this as a message that if children weren't wanted anymore by their parents, they would leave them behind. This thought scared Lucius, so he did whatever he could do to make his parents happy like following orders and not answering back.
Despite everything, things became worse for the family financially. Lucius' parents weren't making enough and debts continued to rise. They sold most of their possessions- their car, their furniture, Laverne and Lucius' old toys. All they had left was a few necessities and a bunch of money for food. Lucius tried to help by selling paper origami he made himself to his neighbors but to no avail. It wasn't enough and his mother got mad at him for wasting even more money on paper. The family was falling apart and the relationship between Lucius and his parents was beginning to deteriorate. The stress was affecting Lucius' parents so much to the point where they would yell and take everything out on Lucius.
Lucius, when he was 10 years old, still held on to the hope that things will get better for him and his family. He still loved them and wanted to help them as much as he could, despite the harsh treatment he gets from both of them. Lucius continued to make origami as a sort of activity to distract him from his parents' constant yelling at him and each other.
One day however, everything would come crashing down for him. His mom came home from work one day very stressed. She asked what Lucius did the whole day, and responded with making more paper origami. This made his mom burst and ripped all the paper he had and along with all of his creations. Lucius' mom called him useless for not making any money to help them. In a fit of anger, his mom exclaimed "If we'd abandoned you that time. or if you weren't even BORN as well maybe none of this would have happened!". Lucius was stunned for a second and proceeded to bawl. He looked at his father who was nearby, expecting him to deny it or at least say something. But all he did was walk back into his room and this made Lucius cry even harder. After that event, Lucius would never be the same, hopeful kid ever again.

Since then, Lucius would go out every day to look for jobs a kid could do and to avoid his parents. Doing that gave him plenty of experience and taught him different skills he would be able to use for different jobs. He imitated the attitude of the friendly people around him despite not feeling any genuine empathy for others. His fake persona led him into making plenty of different "friends" which he would take advantage of without them knowing. He gained a skill for pick-pocketing from one of his jobs and occasionally stole from his comrades.
Lucius would eventually land his current job through one of his connections. Of course, he lied about his age and what he was capable of to the manager but the manager believed everything he said. Lucius even forged some important documents like his official ID and some documents about his past jobs. Out of all his past work he seemed to enjoy this one the most so he decided to work full-time as a waiter/bartender. Although, one big reason he chose to stay at his job was to cater to drunk rich people so he could steal from them while pretending to help them.
No one would really suspect Lucius as a person who would do evil. Years of hardships formed him in to the cold, heartless person he is now.
"I like him. And I don't like people."
As Lucius works at a restaurant near Aaron's college, he often sees Aaron visit while he's on shift. Aaron, seeing that Lucius looked close to his age, decided to chat him up. Lucius initially found him annoying but masked it all with a smile and a listening ear.
The more Aaron visited, the more drawn Lucius was to him. Lucius could care less about people's stories but for some reason, he was drawn to Aaron's voice. The more he talked, the more he found him attractive. Along with the way he looked, his posture, the hand gestures he did while he talked, Lucius knew he had fallen for the man.
During the times Aaron would talk about Duncan, Lucius would get irritated. He didn't like the idea of someone else catching Aaron's attention. But of course, Lucius would continue to smile through his stories, masking his jealousy and possessiveness.
"No idea if she's still alive."
Laverne is Lucius' twin sister. They used to be very close as toddlers before Laverne was abandoned by his family. Lucius thinks she's dead and keeps her hair tie as a memento. Lucius used to call Laverne "Lala".
