About
Alanna grew up hearing from her guardians about Lagina's heroic exploits. Ever since, she's pestered Lagina with question upon question in her workshop about her days of yore. Though Lagina's answers were anything but expositional, it didn't stop Alanna from dreaming of what those days were like. Sooner rather than later, Alanna was determined to go on an adventure. Unfortunately, with no means of travel, she was stuck in her hometown. That all changed when Lagina suddenly discovered a redheaded alien in the desert. Try as she might, Lagina couldn't keep her plans to leave the village with the redhead a secret from Alanna. Lagina told Alanna she could not come with her, but that did nothing to deter the girl. Thinking herself stealthy, Alanna hid in the trunk of Lagina's car, and departed with her on a new adventure...
Relationships
Yent [ friend ]
Alanna has been working hard to learn sign language so that she can communicate with Yent. She loves the fact Yent is a weird little alien, and that she can be the one to show them around the world for the first time. She has a million recommendations and just as many opinions on what Yent should experience and how. She also considers herself Yent's protector, despite having no combat experience or innate magical powers. If will power was enough to down foes, Alanna would be unstoppable.
Rhyan [ weird uncle ]
Alanna thinks Rhyan is odd. On the one hand, it's weird that he's sort of an adult that doesn't act like it. On the other hand, he teaches her swears in other languages and lets her do dangerous things, so that's pretty cool. She loves learning about weird Xensect culture from Rhyan, but dislikes it when he starts going off on one of his 'theories.' He's pretty alright for the most part, though.
Lagina [ idol ]
Lagina is about the best and coolest Ursil on the planet to Alanna. She respects and looks up to Lagina more than she does her own guardians, and she is determined to become a hero someday because of her. Alanna hasn't been deterred at all by Lagina's short answers to her many questions- she's obviously doing it because as a hero, she needs to find the answers on her own!
