Horrendously competent. Incredibly powerful. Past completely shrouded in carefully crafted mystery. One step away from lichdom, and everybody knows it but nobody can do a damn thing about it. People are just waiting and praying that when the other shoe drops that they’re not in town. You’ll see them in the grocery store buying lemons. You know what they are. They know that you know. You both look away. Neither of you are willing to open that can of worms in the produce section.

He actually legitimately likes Michaelis. He met them through Citadel, and they ended up discovering that they share a more common goal than expected. They share notes on occasion.
