Sorry this took so long, been sick recently!
Alderich is part of Brook's pirate crew, and works as a shiphand! His experience as a technician, fishing, and scouting makes him a valuable asset to her crew.
When young, he was abandoned on the pirate ship by his Father, a tradesman, and almost killed for being a stowaway. But was saved with Brook's intervention.
Because of this, Alderich is very respectful to Brook and is fiercely loyal towards her. He stands firm however, if his morals are provoked. Due to his easygoing nature, he easily gets along well with his peers.
Alderich occasionally gets mistaken for a lady, which ruffles his feathers. He learns to treat it as a compliment as he becomes older.
Alderich also occasionally has nightmares of his abusive Father, which makes it hard for him to fall asleep. His slight insomnia is why he's occasionally seen with eye bags.

Alderich is a pirate who works with the infamous Captain Rogue . He's not the best of the best but he can do his job and do it right. He hopes to become a captain of his own ship one day, and find his own treasure. On the ship he's like the referee. He keeps an eye on all the others and makes sure that they behave, its like babysitting but he's taking care of drunk pirates or mischievous teens. He gets easily annoyed but he's believes he can do it and hopefully learn some skills that will help with his dream
