Nari is a morally questionable scientist and biologist. She is the one who found a way to artificially give Rex magic by stealing it from a very magic-potent Alkar she dubbed Project: Paradise. However, the process to siphon so much magic costs too much time and resources to repeat. Instead, she gifts each member of the Rebellion a device that holds a small amount of magic within, all taken from the seemingly endless source that is Paradise. This device can be used to temporarily fill the subject with magic.
