Powers:  Skill Replication/Adoptive Muscle Memory and enhanced strength/speed/dexterity. Snipes can instantly learn and perfectly replicate any action or technique so long as he's seen it once, as well as rapidly learn skills with practically no study beyond basic theory. The exception to this being understanding languages, but Snipes is still a quick learner and can perfectly replicate phrases or writing even if he doesn't know what it means.

Personality
> Cocky as hell. Snipes abilities and position has made his life such that when he believes himself to better than someone, he's generally right. For all his cold, calculated strategy, his pride and overconfidence can get the better of him sometimes.
> Perceptive as hell and coldly analytical at times. Both due to just how his power works and his org training, Sebastien tunes in and picks up on nearly everything. Tonal shifts, body language, speech patterns, microexpressions. He's used to using it to read situations or manipulate marks, and can come off as cold or unempathetic at times.
> Kind of a clown. He likes to crack jokes a lot, and because of aforementioned cockiness, appears not to take things very seriously at times. It's also partially likely a coping mechanism to put up with his morbid profession at times. Now that he actually kind of enjoys the job, it more just sets the mood or adds to the fun. Outside of chasing marks, he loves to tease people close to him, but its good-natured. Usually.
> Behind the analytical assassin and cocky bastard exteriors, Snipes holds... a lot of complex emotional issues. He's not very good at raw emotions and has a loooot of walls up. Considering his upbringings... he's a pretty tough nut to crack.
> Though his demeanor may make him seem selfish, Sébastien is actually fiercely loyal to those he cares about. Perhaps even to a fault, sometimes either refusing to believe or outright not caring about the harm they may cause to him and others. The only crack in this is if they cause harm to someone else he cares deeply about, but that can have... some harsh repercussions on his psyche.

Likes
+ Fighting / Sparring. Obviously his childhood training focused a lot on honing his physical abilities, but he realized even though he could put his mind to almost anything with his abilities, and martial abilities/skills are by far one of his favorites to engage, probably even if he didn't have to.
+ Musuems / Art Galleries. Since unique and personal styles are only something learned, Snipes has a massive appreciation for visual arts and artists. Whenever a mark lands him in a big city or historical site, he makes sure to visit local art galleries or museums when he can.

Dislikes
- Losing. He's used to just kind of being extremely good at everything. It's frustrating to him to not excel, so he's always striving to be better and better.
- Cats. He has a mild fear of them from his childhood. Nothing too severe, he just kind of avoids them.

Hobbies
> Reading. Even possibly before he developed his abilities, Snipes was constantly reading. It's good for accumulating harder-to-replicate abilities and skills, sure, but its also just fun, sometimes. He reads as much fiction as he does instructional textbooks and scholarly essays. Writing is also interesting to him because though he can technically write perfectly, it's kind of hard to instantly replicate a unique style of your own, so he likes to look at all the different styles and genres that he can.
> Training. Whether in the gym, a sparring room, or in the shooting range, Snipes trains as much as he can. There's a certain peace to it, and a comfortable familiarity. Not to mention, he can know all the skills he wants but it only means so much if his body can't catch up.
> Touring museums and art galleries. As mentioned, Snipes has a special appreciation for visual artists and their unique styles, not to mention, you can't exactly mimic imagination or innovation, so the pieces some people come up with and the justification for their imagery are extremely fascinating to him.

Extra
> Snipes ran away from a really shitty home when he was 7, where he was then picked up off the street by members of the org and raised under the wings of one of the high ranking scientists there. Upon discovering his ability to instantly learn and rapidly adapt or strategize in new situations, he was immediately put into combat training. To say he was a prodigy is a bit of an understatement. Most of his training was practice in combining his acquired talents and lessons in strategy and other things that would make him an efficient spy or assassin or what have you, such as language and cultural practices in order to blend in seamlessly.
> Snipes actually had his powers already when he was picked up. Because of his age, he likely gained them after a stressful event when he was very young as he would have been exposed to atmospheric rift energies since his birth. However, due to the nature of his upbringing, nobody has been able to pinpoint what exactly that event might have been, and it's possible Snipes could have been a prodigy even prior to developing his abilities.
> Only Lara, romantic/sexual partners, his 'mentor,' and perhaps a couple very close friends are allowed to call him Sébastien. He will bear it from ranks within the Organization if he feels he has to, but loathes it regardless, and will pick a fight when he can.

> Lara and Snipes were assigned to 'fix' the problem that is Mason, along with their affiliates Jack, Rio, and Sunny. Unfortunately in a fight at one of the Organization's facilities, they were thrown under the bus as Snipes' mentor activated a rift that transported the entire group, with hopes that it'd land them somewhere lethal, if they survived the trip at all. Unfortunately, like the rest of the superverse crew's former trip, it landed them in the T3 universe, on the planet Lazura. As a result, both Snipes and Lara abandon their mission and the Organization afterwards, realizing they have no reason to be loyal to them any longer.
