There is a network of skillfully trained assassins that operate throughout the world, for a heavy price they can dispose of just about anybody you need in any way you need them to do it. You don't need to worry about the how, so long as your checks clear and you follow their rules. Snipes and Lara are two of these assassins, with Snipes being trained by his Handler from a very young age. They are two of some of the best assassins the network has ever produced, and they know it. Snipes never misses his mark, and he never leaves a job undone. Well, almost never.
Snipes is cocky, calculated, and coldblooded killer. His powers allow him to not only take in and rapidly analyze every minute detail of observable infortmation, but then replicate any skill or action that he's observed. He can learn complex skills nearly instantaneously and there seems to be no end to the amount of information he can retain. From the young age of 7, the network has taken advantage of this, and with a bit of help from some of their procedures, turned him into an all but brainwashed living weapon, a paragon of finesse. He gets purpose, and they get a tool. What more could he need?
Powers
Snipes abilities are the kind that many people may not even initially register as being a superpower. Snipes has the ability to replicate any skill, action, sound or natural-born ability after having observed it only once. While this appears fairly mundane, when combined with his perfect recall and genius in strategy, this can be used to instantly analyze any individual, case any building, you name it. He is also a certified jack of all trades due to this ability, having spent almost his entire childhood absorbing skills, primarily in combat and subterfuge. He's well known for being able to quickly counter even enemies who far outclass him in sheer power. Though there is surely an upper limit to the amount of information his brain should be able to retain this way, it has yet to be seen.
Snipes has also recieved small augmentations from a young age to make him slightly faster, stronger, and generally harder to kill.

Lara and Snipes have known each other pretty much since she first came to the Organization. He's been there much longer than her, but he puts his faith in people over groups or ideas, and she matters to him more than almost anything. She's the only person he truly and completely trusts.
