Boon is one of Shire's friends and has been getting into trouble with her for years. Not afraid of anything and always ready to have a good time, he is always in the know of where the next big party is going to be, and knows virtually everyone who is into that kind of scene. Although he can be a little aloof and vulgar, he is also quite protective of the vulnerable and has a gentle heart.
Although Boon is one of many citizens of Luxi and is able to live a comfortable life, he finds the entire system to be extremely restrictive and suffocating. As a result, he's taken to challenging authority in his own ways; going to parties after curfew, hunting down and downloading illegal music, or even just trying to make the authorities' lives a little more difficult.

One of Shire's closest friends, and often the one who invites her out to parties or technically-illegal activities after curfew.
Unlike most people, he sees the injustice in D-SEC's reign, and challenges their authority in small, mostly harmless ways.
Talking with him will start giving Shire the idea that not all is as right in the world as it seems.

He's well-known in Luxi for his connections with other people like him, and a lot of the parties he goes to are full of regular friends and visitors.
He's friends with a hacker who finds him banned or underground music, which he then passes around to the local DJs.
Although he's rebellious and a troublemaker, he is non-combative and will tend to shrug and walk away if challenged by authority.
He's known as being rather chill and laid back, but has a bit of a playboy side to him as well.
