I'll do what it takes. Trust me.
Raven is typically seen as diligent and hard-working, and doggedly pursues success, especially if it would earn respect from his superiors. His desire to chase results is earnest to a fault at times; he also tends to enjoy boasting about his accomplishments to those who will listen. Although many people can think of him as annoying for this, he's generally well-liked, even if his effort sometimes goes unnoticed. The only person who can make him bashful is Shire, whom he has a notable crush on. Raven's greatest rival in the workplace is Diana Nicholas; although he does not dislike her, the two of them argue a lot over trivial things.
Raven comes from a very average family, and has lived an average life without many notable features. It was his decision, however, to start working for D-SEC, even with how much work he knew would come with it; he eventually hopes to become a businessman of sorts for the company.
Raven is one of the first characters in Time of Death that the viewer becomes acquainted with, and continues to show up throughout the course of the plot.
Shire Dynatius
[ crush ]
Raven has been crushing on Shire for some time now, and although he tries to keep it hidden, it's painfully obvious to anyone who pays attention. He views her as someone admirable and tends to go along with whatever she says, even if he sometimes disagrees.
Adelaide Adler
[ hope for the future ]
Some time into the story, Raven eventually ends up spending a lot of time with Adelaide, who he begins to view as something of an older sister figure. He sympathizes with her pain and learns a lot from her, but her influence is strongest in that she helps him determine a future for himself.
Selby Landvik
[ boss ]
Selby Landvik is the person who Raven reports to directly, and is the reason that Raven's internship was accepted. The two of them scarcely get along, but Raven works very hard to keep in Selby's good graces in order to secure his future as an official employee of D-SEC.
