eddie grew up in a very dysfunctional family & she understood this from a very young age. she also understood that she was "different" from the others from a young age too - especially the "other boys". she tried to maintain a balance between being herself & not upsetting her parents but after years of abuse & disrespect & a lack of support even from her twin sister who was too preoccupied with pleasing everyone, she decided to leave at 16 years old, she gave her sister one last chance to come with her but when the offer was refused she decided to never let other people's harmful opinions of her affect her life as much as it had affected esmé. she now lives a pretty modest life, living with friends, playing video games & making music & trying to make a living. It might not be "much" but she is at least free & very importantly - around people who truly love her.
