Crystal was also another adopt I had gotten that went through a slight redesign.
Character Development
Crystal always had some sort of malicious intent weaved in her personality from the start, but it was always for some sort of justifiable reason. As I said on Fire's page, the first concept for Crystal I had done was when she had worked with Fire and later "died" after being backstabbed. Through blurry lenses, this is still the same as the story today, but in depth it's different.
Crystal has and will always have some sort of trust issues. She may be a character I don't really relate to, but her sense of ambition and "you don't want to get on my bad side" is always something I stand by. She will not tolerate being pushed around and it's refreshing to see that overtime she realizes it as a positive trait and also a flaw. She is the most hated character in the series and if her development doesn't change minds, then I'm fine knowing her being strong through my eyes.

Former Love Interest •
"It's hard to come across a cat like him. He is a fine leader and the others would've been torn apart without him. That cream-colored she-cat ruined him. I'm sure he'd look my way had I not been so clueless at the time. We'd be unstoppable."
Sister •
"She always stuck to the sidelines. She gets on my nerves every so often with the amount of bickering, but I still love her. She may be weak, but I can't help but have empathy for her."
Daughter •
"My little one. I wondered if you'd be any different had I shown you more of the world. It was interesting when I first saw them for the first time-- your eyes. I understood what the others meant by how they shined in the moonlight. I wish I can tell you how sorry I am to have you growing up in the shadow of my mistake. I like to hope that if things were done differently, your father might've cared for you more. I know that Stream is there to help you, yet I still can't help but worry. I don't know when I'm coming back or if I am. Maybe we will cross paths again soon. For as long as the moon shines down from the sky, rest easily knowing that I love you dearly."
Former Apprentice •
"It irritated me at the time how similar she looks to that she-cat. However, I knew not to blame the kit for something out of her control. Unlike her mother, she needed to be strong and independent. I will always be proud of her..."
Friend •
"It was always amusing how someone from a family of thieves can be so mature. Stream has always been there for me and I am grateful for how he looked after Smoke."
Friend •
"If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have made it. For a loner, he's not half bad. I enjoyed spending time with him. We might have parted ways now, but I can sense that we'll cross paths again in the future."
Mother •
Enemy? •
"She shouldn't have been with us in the first place. She paid little to no attention to Fire then suddenly she was all over him. She stole him from me. It was frustrating to figure out a way to get rid of her since Fire would've been against it. Finding that brown-colored tom with her was a mere coincidence as if it were a sign from the stars themselves. Serves her right."
