TRIVIA

Eliza was Espella's initial design before Espella got redesigned.
Creating Eliza...
She was an absolute wild ride to create! Initially, she was made as her own character because her design was Espella's original design. It was only when I made a simpler design when people complained it was too complicated. Not too long after, I had done a random impulse drawing with both designs, using the complicated and initial one as a motherly figure and... drumroll please-- Eliza was born!
Character Development
Oh I absolutely hated her at the beginning. This was around the time when only main points in the story were done such as; Fallen telling her to get with Fire, Crystal despising Eliza, and Coffee falling for Eliza. She was described as the "annoyingly persistant and cowardly" by others in The Group. You'll see her as she rambles on about her worries and tries to advise those around her to make precautions. Being safe is understandable, but forcing safety on those who don't want it can be damaging.
Funny enough, as the story fleshed itself out, I started to realize myself how much development she had and how much more she deserves. It took a LONG time for me to warm up to her. I mean, there are moments where she is annoying, but it's a flaw that she has and I can't entirely hold her against it. We all have flaws and we try to work with who we are. I do hope to share Eliza's experiences with others and hopefully they'll help someone if possible.

Former Mate •
Mate •
"From the first moment I was introduced to him, I was in love. After all these moons my heart will never fail to yearn for him. I may not have caught his attention as much as others did, but I knew he cared for me. I regret not letting him meet our kit nor do I blame him for the misunderstanding that occurred."
Son •
"I wish I could've raised you. They said that you were special and funny enough, I sensed it too. I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you and I hope that you're safe and alive."
Daughter •
"It was always a dream to raise a kit of my own. However, it wasn't meant to be and it tore me to have to let her go so soon. I've met her again, but the sadness heavy on my heart wont waver with the path that she's choosing. I hope she'll find the right way, as for her son."
Grandson •
"He's lost going along on the wrong path. I'm trying to help him, but he won't let me. I suppose I am to blame for part of it. He's right, I should have stepped in before. If I did, would she have been better too?"
Great-Granddaughter •
Former Love Interest •
Former Close Friend •
"He was a very caring tom. Along with Fallen, he was one of the few cats I can lean on for support. I always found his name funny, but it was interested to get to know him. I wished the others took their time to get to know him instead of ignoring him. Did I ask too much of him? Had I not let him go out on his own, maybe he would've still lived on."
Friend •
"Fallen is a cat you can rely on. There are times where her emotions can cloud her judgement, but isn't that the same for all of us? Having her as company, getting to know her and learning about the others was lovely. I hope she doesn't blame herself for my death, it was out of her control."
Friend •
"Although I may not know her as much, Kiara has been kind enough to lend a listening ear as well as embark on a journey with me back home. Without her, I don't think I'd be able to be where I am right now. "
Acquaintance •
"When I first met her, she was intimidating. Crystal paid little to no attention to me when we were within view of each other until it came to Fire. The more time I spent with him, the more I could sense Crystal's anger burning into my pelt from afar. I had took that rage too lightly and didn't see it as much as a problem. Even so, Espella's still alive and I thank her for taking care of Espella."
