Meet the sweetest girl of the family, Fionna! She's just a girl who loves bunnies, tea parties and stuffed animals. Despite her childish looks, she's a shadow sprite, with the ability to manipulate the dark.
HER BIOGRAPHY
Fionna's Life
Born in the mafia, her powers were taken advantage of by her parents to assassinate clients who had not repaid her family in the shadows. Due to finding her work unenjoyable, she slowly stopped doing her job and didn't want to take part of any of it. Seeing that she wasn't obeying them, Fionna's parents punished her by keeping her in a dark room with little light from a barred window. Ironically for the shadow child, she was afraid of the dark. That lead her to her newest friend, however, as a shadow creature that resided in her stuffed animal comforted her in that dark room.
Her grandparents (on her mother's side) were also a source of Fionna's comfort, as they would teach Fionna how to cook and develop Fionna's skills in her shadow abilities, since she happened to inherit it from her grandparents but not her mother. Her mother argued that they were weakening her but they were only doing what's right for the child before she was able to get onto her feet. Not too long after, her parents cut ties with her grandparents and she could no longer see them again. In fact, as they started to notice Fionna's unwillingness to continue working in the field they decided to disown her and kicked her out of not only the house, but also the property. Their bodyguards took the responsibility of dropping off Fionna at the orphanage where the papers were signed, settled with, and was now officially not a Catriona. Fionna was scared and alone but Miasmer managed to protect her.
At the orphanage Fionna was seen as an outcast, having weird abilities and mostly talking to her stuffed bunny instead of the other kids. The caretakers at the orphanage and Miasmer would mostly be the ones keeping her occupied by taking her around the orphanage, but she eventually finds her place by staying in the kitchen as their little taste tester and somewhat of a sous chef when they've taken note of her distinguished taste buds. Kids thought she was cool when they found out she helped in the kitchen but they were still pretty distant considering they didn't know what she was talking about when it came to cooking terms. So she was still pretty much at square one.
Soon, there was someone who found interest in adopting her, a man named Tobi. He had no partner and had decided to be a single parent, and arriving at the orphanage, he pitied her loneliness and informed the caretakers at the orphanage that he would be able to handle her what they dub her shadow powers: "weirdness". After signing the papers, Tobi was able to adopt Fionna, and her new, happy life continued on from there.
T R I V I A
- Fionna has arrythmia. She was kept with an assistant in the orphanage just in case to monitor her.
- Fionna is learning how to play the piano by her father, Tobi. By the time she turns 15 she's exceptionally talented.
- Fionna takes ballet classes, moreso for Tobi stating that it could help with flexibility and posture. At first Fionna felt a little uncomfortable about it, but she found enjoyment out of it later on, especially when her father would play music, helping with Fionna's timing, and it was more fun.
- Fionna was adopted before Koteru adopted Egan.
- When Fionna is older, her naivety knows no bounds when she tells her owl-loving boyfriend that she works at Hooters, thinking he would like the fact that there's an owl on the uniform. Egan and her boyfriend visited once when she announced her job.

She loves her new father, definitely a daddy's girl. He's much more gentle and careful with Fionna compared to his reckless life and protects her the best he can. Though she doesn't appreciate his overprotectiveness as she gets older.
Koteru Hinokoe
Uncle
Fionna thinks that Koteru is the "cool" uncle, mostly because of his tattoos. She enjoys reading books with him, even sharing old books he used to read as a child. She doesn't know much of his past, but she does everything she can to make him feel loved by his family.
Nikiro Hatake
Uncle
Although not part of Tobi and Koteru's family, she thinks he's a very nice uncle and really likes his singing voice! She also likes his hugs and trying on his jackets because they're so big.

Most of the time a good friend, sometimes a protective older bro, but the rest of the time he's an annoying little shit that teases her almost every day. She doesn't appreciate his stubborn, snarky attitude but he never does anything to hurt her.

She has a huge crush on him and sort of doesn't hide it. She showers him with affection and seems to disregard his claims that he is indeed, really nervous around her, but it's because he secretly likes her back.
