Carlos can be fun loving, has pretty good self control (won't just bite someone because he's a vampiric predator!)  likes a laugh just as much as the next person does, protective towards people who have made a good impression on him, happy to do favours for friends assuming they're not asking too much, pretty passive, respectful, trust worthy.

Carlos may be pretty short fused, aggressive, rude, cocky, up front, argumentative.

Carlos is pretty competitive, out spoken, may be sarcastic, crude, lazy unless motivated, HATES being told what to do unless there's something in it for him, possessive, prideful, independent, promiscuous, he's a gambler, neither a good guy or a bad guy (he can be just as nice as he can be bad).

History
Carlos is the son of Santos Santero, the demon king of Darsha. Originally Carlos was intended to be the demon prince who'd take over if his farther fell in battle or become ill, but things took a turn when he discovered a gypsy camp in the woods where the residents swore that his biological mother wasn't who he'd been told she was but actually a Laravian woman named Angela (Lavarian = dragon people). This would mean that Carlos was not a pure blood demon like he'd been lead to believe, and that the woman at the palace who claimed to be his mother in fact was only his step mother and had no actual relation to him.

When he confronted his farther about it that's when things took a turn since half bloods were unable to take the throne and Santos had to lie to be able to allow this to happen.
Unfortunately his young sister Chloe and step mother were in the room when he confronted Santos about this which meant that they now knew that he knew (and up until then Chloe didn't know at all).
Santos couldn't allow it to get out that he'd lied, so he lead them all out of sight behind closed doors where he murdered his wife and child and called for the guards on Carlos claiming that he'd done it.
The guards went after him but came back empty handed, and soon after that there were wanted posters on every corner of the towns around Darsha stating a pretty looking reward for his capture dead or alive. Carlos adapted pretty quickly to living rough starting off hiding out in a cave, but then began wondering around Darsha under the alias of "Dick Sunglow". He became a pretty good pick pocket and thief and used the gold he acquired to drink and sleep at taverns. But of course being an immortal demon the world around him changed over time until modern day. He's still pretty much a bum and still wonders around Darsha, but instead of stealing money for a bed he now just mooches with people he can either get friendly with or just walk in and make himself at home... cause y'know!!! demon! what human would say no when they have a blood drinker at their door flashing their fangs? 

Anatomical notes

• His Jaw can split like a snake and his rib cage can "stretch" to consume larger prey. Though these features don't really serve much purpose other than to a freaky party trick given he mostly chews his food or bites in a vampiric manor anyway. They're  just "there" cause he's part dragon.
• His tail is roughly as long as he is tall and is prehensile. It moves like a snake and is used mostly for body language, but also has a gnarly club on the end for whacking anyone/anything unfortunate enough to be behind him when they piss him off.
• He has extra saliva glands in his mouth which secrete a flammable liquid as and when he wants so he can spit fire. • His fingernails are regular human nails naturally but he can form strong black talons in their place.

Drawing detail
Must have that little tuft of hair at the back of his head.
His tail is long and prehensile and is comparable to the body of a cobra- sleek but we'll muscled.
The club on the end of the tail is about as long and as wide (at the widest point) as a brick you'd use to build a house with but is flat. only about an inch and a half thick at the widest point.
The spikes on his tail are kinda crooked looking and get smaller the further down the tail they are.
It isn't a compulsory detail but the fingers of his wings and his tail are covered in small smooth snake'like scales.
