They were born in the diamond kingdom in a middle-class family and as a kid, they took an interest in minerals, weapons and tools and often watched the local blacksmith work. Despite their parents disapproving of their choice of career, they became an apprentice to the blacksmith and after he passed away, took over the job. They're good friends with Jett despite being from different kingdoms.
