Likes fashion and prefers to dress and present herself as well as possible. Often found wearing expensive clothing and accessories. Dahlia is often described as beyond beautiful.
Personality:
Suffering from Vampirism: Dahlia is in a constant fight against the darkness within her, trying her best to keep as much humanity in her as possible. She absolutely loathes the fate she has been cursed with. This being very tiring, means she can often be moody when not presenting herself to guests or the outside world. When she's not burying herself in her work, she can often be found moping in her bed or bath for days. She has NO patience for rudeness or boarish behavior. Be patient and kind, and you have the biggest chance of surviving an encounter. When wearing "her mask", however, she has extremely high charisma and knows just what to say and do to please the sensitive clientele around her. She's very intelligent.

Cured: After Dahlia got cured by Roy, changing her name back to "Laura" she changed a lot. Laura found, once again, happiness, contentedness, and Joy back in her life.... but also sadness, fear, and anger... after so many years of being dulled out by her curse, Laura is now re-learning how to handle her emotions, insecurities, and fears. Because of this Laura has some Jealousy and Insecurity Issues. Laura can be generally sweet and caring and values kindness a lot. As before Laura is still very intelligent and adores playing strategy games/games in general. She still adores soap/oils/scents, sex, and fashion and she's still quite the kinky lady.
-She adores children and now works as a teacher at a preschool.
-Only very few people, including Roy, know of Laura's past... Vera (Roy and Laura's Partner) doesn't know.
-Laura used to be an lvl20 cleric but lost her powers after being cured of vampirism, she is still getting accustomed to not being able to use magic (only minor spells/cantrips).
Background (very summarised):
Laura was once a cleric of the Silver Flame, but in a terrible turn of events, however, Laura got captured and turned by a vampire lord, causing her to lose her blessing and ehr life. Remaining under his control, until he were killed a few years later. She was however never expected again in the order of the Silver Flame, as they could not cure her.
As a young vampire, without a sire all by herself and having lost her life's purpose, it took Dahlia a while to figure her new life out.
Eventually, after years of wandering, trying out different ways of life, she became the owner of "The Harlequin harlot" a large underground brothel/entertainment center, build in an ancient bunker, where she excelled in networking hosting and entertainment. This brothel was partially made, as a way to smuggle slaves from the Underdark, give them jobs, and allow them to buy back their freedom.
After about 50-80+/- years of this, Dahlia met a young cleric, a traveler who visited her establishment. A friend whom she grew attached to quicker and more deeply than she had ever imagined. This man would remain her friend for many years to come, visiting whenever he could in between his adventures/travels and missions for the war against the Lich. Every time he would promise her, that one day he would help cure her, Dahlia remained skeptical for years.
The day the Lich, who was terrorizing their lands was killed, and the war ended. He returned, and he did eventually manage to help her.
In her "happily ever after" she struggled with her new life for a while. She had to re-learn a lot of things about being moral, and her years under the curse had left her scarred in many different ways.
Eventually, she became a teacher, married the man she loved, and had a family, which might have seemed like a simple life compared to her adventurous years, but it was all she had ever dreamed of.

Flaws:
-As a vampire: Jealous, Insecure, Fits of rage and depression.
-When cured: Insecure, Low social battery, She can barely use magic after being cured due to the loss of her cleric powers, and because she was mostly defenseless until she got strong enough to take up weapon training/fighting again.
