Doctor is Vodsel's doppelgänger
They were created by chance/accident when Vodsel's red side of their body got reflected in a cursed mirror, long time ago
Personality wise they are basically Mad Doctor Vodsel ajsjdlsñk (as a good doppelgänger), direct, cheeky and creepy, and they do consume meat (fresh meat from their "patients" :>)
Its uncertain if they have ulterior motives besides from "healing" and studying people in their own twisted way, but they dont seem like they cant be trusted cant they,
SPOILER BOOH They want to find a way to be more physical, and they believe that can be achieved by cannibalism :)
They could kill Vodsel and take their body but killing the Original Self is a HUGE risk so they are researching for more safe alternatives...

>Curiosly, magically speaking they are WAY more powerful than Vodsel (is obv a White Magic user but they are also very interested in necromancy) but their presence is also more ghostly (gets semi-transparent and objects slip from their grasp often) and unstable, and that makes them pretty upset (but those are the perks of being a ghostly double born from a curse I guess,)
>Because of their ghostly nature, they dont appear in photos or video (only as a blurry shadow if youre lucky) so theres no real evidence of their existence
