Emil is an honest, gentle soul living in a world of turmoil. With his little companion Victor at his side, he tries to live as kindly and happily as possible.
Even so, he struggles to find balance between 'Emil' and the greed-possessed dragon he always has been, 'Sareas'.

Skills
Friend to Rats
Passive skill. Emil understands all animals, and all animals understand him. However, rats will actively talk and interact with Emil, sometimes even helping him in fights. If rats are being controlled by Victor, Emil and Victor both get a luck boost for as long as the rats remain in the battle. Adversely, if rats are on the opposing side, Emil and Victor will be unable to use physical attacks on the rats and have lowered attack stats until the rats retreat.
Twin Sabers
Active skill. When active, Emil will use both equipped swords, increasing attack by half and switching his combat style. In this style he can attack twice per turn, in exchange for lower defense and a higher chance of Victor being targeted.
Wrath of the Ocean Guardian
Passive and active skill. Passively, Emil is unable to become inebriated, and his attack is increased when he is in the vicinity of water. When activated, Emil loses his crystal and turns into the Ocean Guardian Sareas, destructive and ruthless. When activated there is a very low chance of the skill wearing out, and Sareas remaining berserk. Depending on where in the story he is, there is a possibility he will also be locked out of certain endings.
