Miki is a fan character for Genshin Impact, a Dendro vision holder from Inazuma who wields a Catalyst, she had moved to Sumeru for studies but still decided to pursue her artistic dreams.

She is first mentioned in Inazuma by an NPC avaiable after completing Jun's story quest, his mother and aunt talk about their family; the aunt, Miki's mom, mentions how her child is studying in Sumeru and will accomplish great things after graduating. She ends the sentence with a jab at the other side of the family, "unlike my sister's children."

Miki only comes out with Sumeru's release; despite working at Zubayr Theater, she is not present in the Saberuz Festival dream until the later loops in which she's the only character to not repeat her lines. The traveler attempts to wake her up from the dream but realizes she's not the host either, as she is genuinely confused by their explanation. She disappears from the quest until Dreams, Emptiness, Deception when Il Dottore manipulates the people's akasha terminals, running after the traveler but then revealing that she had not been affected. She finally reveals that she had been conscious the entire time the harvesting had been going on, only pretending to play along for her own safety. Miki thinks her akasha terminal is broken, though she has had it replaced before it continued to give her trouble, even though it saved her now. She was only vaguely aware of what the sages were doing, but felt powerless to do anything about it until the traveler got involved. They then go look for Tighnari and the quest progresses as normal.

When the group reunites in Aaru Village, Miki arrives to warn the traveler about what's happening in the city, but is caught up in the argument between Cyno, Alhaitham, and Dehya. She is especially startled by the presence of the scribe, who immediately remarks that someone like her should stay out of it, causing a bigger fight. After all finally calms down, the traveler leans that Miki had studied in the Akademiya's Havarat for a short period as her mother wanted, but not only it was as far from her dreams as possible, she had been belittled so much she couldn't bear to stay and left to pursue arts. Alhaitham mentions how suspicious she is for how her akasha works, but they are shut down by Candace as there are more urgent matters at hand.

As the quest progresses, Miki has to use her vision to aid the group (despite Alhaitham saying her fighting skills are mediocre at best), which causes a commotion as the Dendro energy coming from her vision is entirely mud brown. The traveler recognizes this from their previous meeting with Jun, and asks if she is a Takahashi. This causes Miki to panic, but she has no choice but to admit it. They theorize that it might be the reason she is not entirely controlled by the akasha, as it is powered by the gnosis, and figure it can be useful for their plan. Miki is happy that they don't seem to find it gross, but asks them to keep secret about the whole Takahashi thing.

The quest proceeds as normal... besties I have a confession... I still have to finish the quest.... I will update when I do...
