Name Jean-Pierre Vaillancourt
Called Spankey, Pinky, The Fashion Killer
Age 35
Gender Male (He/Him)
Race Human, definitely not a lizard person
Role Hitman
Sexual Preference Homosexual
Voice ClaimTBA

"May I be a witness? I saw EVERYTHING."

Trusting him is a sign that you're digging your own grave. Jean-Pierre is a blind man with an absolute intention of stabbing you in the back - with reasonable intentions. He manages to escape the scene several times after the hit, usually with the 'helpless blind man' act, making him even deadlier if others were to oversee the potential of him being a killer.

Outside of his killer alias, Jean-Pierre is a fashionable figure. He finds himself rather fond with the color pink and complimenting, formal-wear. He often is found with his partner, Slappy, resting around his neck and shoulders... and surely would threaten death upon anyone if they were to remove him from his side.

About

Personality

Jean-Pierre speaks with a flamboyant and high-and-mighty attitude, which has not ever toned down since he was scouted by a designer to become a model. He is known to make passionate and inspirational speeches about justice and valor, gaining the love of the people for his impeccable image (or simply have people pity him for his poor, blind state). He enjoys getting attention from others, especially if they're capable of pampering others so freely. Somewhat incompetent  unwilling to take others' advice, however, he is depicted as a man who doesn't completely fit the hitman/secret spy image he claims to be. He retains pride as a successful hired gun, but he will display very rare instances of humility and compassion towards others. In the end, even if he does show signs of it, one shouldn't expect complete kindness unless he was promised money that he'll likely spend on clothes and other cosmetics.

The story

Vaillancourt was born blind. And this particular health issue eventually lead to his mother leaving him to an orphanage. He was a popular, unique child, whose parents adored his lavish pink hair. And his blindness did not stop him from becoming a shining star. After he was adopted into a wealthy family, he sought to be a model like he wanted since he was a young boy.

He was a longtime model for a fast-rising clothes designer who was once a lover of his. But throughout it, many of his partner's chances to hit big were intercepted by a longtime rival. Not only to gain his own chances, but to make his lover happy, he had offered to take care of his enemy so that he could climb higher.
And despite the success of the hit, the mysterious murder eventually caught up with the two of them. Before Vaillancourt would confess, it was his lover who silenced him - sacrificing himself so that his partner could continue to grow as a model. But what model could he be without his partner's clothes? Surely he wasn't popular enough to hit it big with the other successful designers...

For years, the model made his business in the spotlight as a 'mediocre' model, but moreso used his body for killing. Who knew that so many fashion designers were so toxic? Many wish death on their rivals so easily... since his rise, there were rumors of a killer among the fashion business.

Nowadays, the hitman is currently hiding under the radar after his biggest hit yet. He currently is hired under a French tailor, who he has very little relations with due to personal issues (mostly his boss having the issues). However, it's thanks to him that many detectives and investigators had stopped searching for him.

Trivia

  • Has a pet albino boa named Slappy. As expected, Slappy is very good at her job.
    > Jean-Pierre sees her not only as a pet, but his daughter, best friend, etc. Will go ham if you try to take Slappy away from him.
    > Will also wear her as an accessory. Slappy is well aware that her owner is blind and will actually defend him if he hasn't noticed they're in danger.

    > His alias is "Spankey" in order to match with Slappy's name.
  • Being blind allows all of his other senses to develop more than the normal human. He acts like a completely "normal" person until someone notices that he's blind.
    > Will poke fun at his own blindness.
    > It's questionable as to how he's able to fight and navigate so quickly.
  • He's actually not French(???)
    > Has had this overly exaggerated French accent and now he can't stop it and doesn't remember how he used to speak.
    > The accent is probably the reason why his current employer doesn't like him.

Relationships

Durand  [ Bossman ]

Jean-Pierre considers him as a fashionably... boring man. As talented as he is, his taste in clothes are as bleak and boring as his attitude. But even him, a killer, doesn't have the balls to say it to his face. He appreciates the man helping him get the law off his back whenever he's in a pickle, but more importantly... he's found out that Maximille cannot be messed with. If he's ever attempted to point a knife to him (again), the investigators wouldn't be the only group that would be after him. Even if he tried to pry through the secrets of his man, it seems the amount of information he can access are near impossible... Spankey could claim that this was the reason why he's stuck around with him longer than his normal period.

Kaeas  [ Rival ]

Neither he or Kaeas has little interest in each other, but if they plan to stick to the same line of industry... they're bound to see one another more than once, in many different circumstances. If they were in the same building, Spankey KNOWS that this man would get in the way - using the 'greater good' or to protect the people. Though, even he has an extent as to how far this vigilante can do to stop him. And he can't stop him from killing a man that's not even relevant to Kaeas (anymore). Sometimes Spankey knows killing certain people would be doing the other the favor, but even with the added benefit, the justice within it is unacceptable in his rival's eyes. In short, Spankey simply tries his darnest to stay away from this flashy fella.

Emery  [ Coworker ]

Jean-Pierre isn't a tailor at all. But considering that Emery, a young girl under the mentorship of his boss, he's does see her as an equal. Emery, who is half blind, is well aware of her coworker's abilities. He's not just a model, but Emery is more than sure that he's a blind man with a capability to kill. Knowing that Vaillancourt might have to kill her to keep himself safe, she promises that she wouldn't tell a soul.
Vaillancourt never trusted her promises at first, so he kept a close eye on her for a long time before he realized... Emery and her little group of friends already have too much problems to deal with. Maybe killing her would do her a favor but he's refrained from it out of pure curiosity and for entertainment value whenever he feels like it. That... and Maximille would probably kill him on the spot if anything were to happen to young Espada.
