You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. Vida loves to experiment with fashion, so he can be seen in a lot of different outfits. He likes a fusion between goth and cute clothing, leather and ruffles. But it needs to be pink and cool looking.
He has a few piercings, heart tattoos on his cheek and inner thigh, and heart-print in leo-sytle on his ears and tail. One leg is coverd in leather, the other more in a mesh material with pearls and hearts. On both arms he has pierings with ribbon.
Vida often appears cold and grumpy. He does have his soft sides, which he just shows his loved ones. Together with his boyfriend Juan he owns a dance club and is a dancer himself there. With Juan, Vida has an unplanned Baby and that forced them to live together. But after some time they both fell in love and started a real family.
He met Juan, a songwriter, who fancied Vida. He paid for hours of private sessions, where they mostly just talked and got to know each other. After some... more getting to know, Vida got pregnant. He never really wanted kids and love + family was also not something he was interested in. But Juan wanted to support Vida and their baby, so they got a flat together. Juan didn't really like Vida's profession, especially with Vida spending nights with strangers. So they decided to open their own dance club since that was Vida's real passion - dancing. The Luna Sallon was born. Juan and their friend Jericho managed the bar and Vida danced together with their employees and friends. It did not take long and they had the most famous dance club in the city.
Vida liked Juan, he just never really knew how much and how to show it. Feelings are difficult for him. But after struggling with Juan for three years, he tried therapy and made peace with his past. With that, he learned how to express his feelings, especially towards Juan.
Vida appears as cold-hearted and sassy. He does not show many emotions but can blush easily. When you get to know him, you will see his soft-spoken and shy personality. He easily gets excited over small things and loves to hang out with his loved ones. In The Lunar Saloon, he enjoys dancing, taking control and loves to see everything going smooth.

Juan and Vida met in a strip club. There Juan enjoys Vida a lot and started talking to him. Since Vida needed money, he offered special services... Juan said yes, but once they went to an empty room, Juan stated that he just wanted to talk. And so they did. Juan learned more about Vida and Vida more about him. They got closer and eventually, Juan stayed the night in the club together with Vida. From this night, Vida got pregnant.
It was not planned at all and Vida was really upset about the situation. But Juan promised to provide for him, rented a bigger flat, and helped Vida moving in. He was already lovey-dovey for Vida. They did not start as a common family but after some time Vida fell in love with Juan too. They love to go shopping together, watch a movie with their small one, and cuddling on their bed. They still have to work hard on their relationship every day, but they are happy.
Hollis is Vida's baby brother. They are really close since they had to deal with a lot of things together. Nothing can break them apart, even tho Vida made some wrong decisions. He just wants to protect his little brother, but he has his own life, and Vida had to accept that. They still spent a lot of time together, even more, when they both had babies. They are one soul.
Jericho is the love interest of Vida's baby brother - Hollis and one of his bosses in the strip club he worked for. Because of that, Vida didn't really like him in the beginning. But after some settling, Juan and Vida asked Jeri, if he wants to open up a dance club with them. He said yes and with his many connections, the club quickly got to where it is today.
After Jeri's and Holli's wedding, Vida befriended him more.
Normal Attack Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous slashes. At the end of the sequence, perform a more powerful slash.
Plunging Attack Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging enemies along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Releases intense flames to knock nearby enemies back, dealing Pyro DMG. The flames then converge into the weapon, summoning a Phoenix that flies forward and deals massive Pyro DMG to all enemies in its path.
The Phoenix explodes upon reaching its destination, causing a large amount of AoE Pyro DMG. The searing flames that run down his blade cause Diluc's Normal and Charged Attacks to deal Pyro DMG for a time.
