He's very insecure about his height please don't bring it up...
If there is one word to describe Nikonor, it would be vain. Horribly vain. From constantly taking glances at his own reflection, always having to compliment himself and taking good care of his own appearance, there's no doubt that Nikonor loves himself too much for his own good. This overconfidence leads him towards fearless talking to huge crowds, often claiming to have some sort of "magic potion" that can do all kinds of beneficial things. He always seems to have a compliment on hand for anyone as well, regardless of his relationship with them.
Whilst he prefers travelling alone, Nikonor has been heavily associated with the adventurer's guild. Whilst this was not willingly on his part, he knew that it would be much better to work alongside the guild rather than y'know. Rotting in jail. He's fully aware that business and friendship are two completely different things, but regardless, he knows that he shouldn't double cross people. I mean, he wouldn't want it to happen to himself, so why should he screw others over? I mean, he claims that's what his parents did to him...
- Nikonor has been known to be incredibly insistent on particular details, especially when it comes to food and fashion. Whilst he doesn't seem to complain and usually takes what he can get, people swear that there's always a strong, potent sense of unknown magic lurking when he's annoyed. Or distressed. Or anything similar.
- Nobody really knows Nikonor's extact height or age. Due to his wild magic surges, it's not uncommon for him to be a different height or look a different age the next time people see him. What is certain though, is that he has existed for at least 27 years, and his height has never gotten over 5 feet. He is very upset about that fact.
- It is physically impossible to separate Nikonor from his mirror. Aside from him using it as part of his spellcasting, Nikonor seems to constantly be glancing into it and never really paying full attention because of it. When asked about it, he simply responded "Why, I'm merely just looking at the only person truly has faith in me - myself!" and proceeded to kiss it. It was uncomfortable to say the least.
- Speaking of spellcasting, Nikonor's spell focus is, as previously stated, his mirror. This often involves him reflecting spells of it's glass, to manipulating light to do his bidding. He typically tends to move a lot around the battlefield, mainly disappearing and reappearing in random spaces. It's not too uncommon to see him using fire as well. It's surprising that he hasn't been blinded by his own spells, but there again, he does spend a lot of time looking at himself...
"Ah- Sammy? Y-Yeah!! He aint too bad honestly! Well, I say too bad, it's really that he seems to always complain that I'm doing something wrong... tch, as if!! He's the one always complaining about some "Jackass of Diamonds...", or always insisting on those books and logic... like c'mon, loosen up!"
"A pretty name, a pretty face. She's also pretty foolish, but ah, that aint important! Gotta admit, I don't like how those eyes look at me and she ALWAYS beats me at poker! That shouldn't be possible!! But y'know something? Dollface always has something good to say about me. Frankly, that's good enough for me, I trust her."
"Y'know, he doesn't talk much, that plant lad. I'll admit, I don't blame him, it's hard to talk when you're next to greatness. I'd be speechless too if I was standing next to myself!! But eh, he keeps his head down, doesn't fight me, and knows a thing or two about plants and animals. I can respect that, y'know?"
"So she refuses to talk to me. I mean, her loss, but what annoys me more is the reason she gave! She said something about being a fraud, I can't quite remember, but either way I am fairly sure she is lying. I mean there again, we aint in the same business, so she could probably just be uninformed... nah, probably lying."
"Ugh! Who is she!? Like, here's my problem - I know her crew. Her crew are assholes. They kick me out and worse of all - HER out of all people is now in charge!? That should be me! Also I think I know that turtle of hers..."
"Between you and me, Saphie's got some good stuff. Good connections, good fashion sense... good eyes too. I mean- she acknowledges me and my greatness, thooough I don't think she's quite as good as potion making as... actually she might be better... can't be. Can she?"
