DESIGN NOTES
- When Seer uses his mind control, his irises and pupil glow the same yellow as on his suit. If he uses the full force of his power his entire eye glows yellow.
- The mask and the excess fabric around his neck are the same piece of fabric.
- Seer's wraps are made of a slightly soft cotton fabric and do not look how hand wraps should look.
