Summary
Noe is an owner of an abandoned temple for an old god that he reignited back into existence with his zealous worship. He has been deity-touched into being the harbinger of duality as a concept.
He is very powerful and is completely aware of this-- however, he does not use his power selfishly or cruelly. In fact, he's quite calm and thoughtful now that he has been altered by his worship (before this, he could be classified more on the impulsive side)...

He is a huge softie, sweet and kindhearted through and through, and finds fulfillment in keeping others safe. Of course this means sometimes he is taken advantage of.
Noe is not very pragmatic, and is prone to finding the romance in any situation (not literally, as he's always had the worst luck in affairs of the heart)... And since the temple is seaside atop rocky cliffs, he often just overlooks his stead rather than gets anything done, as he was tasked to do by his omnipotent worship.
Trivia
- He is unsure how to word his feelings regarding romantic interest, and as such, seems to get less of a grasp on it as time goes by...
- His worship has dwindled since being deity-touched, and cannot check in on Noe to make sure he is utilizing his powers properly (which is technically a good and a bad thing)
- Has always been a bit of a loner, so his temple is his sanctuary and his safety net, per se
- Didn't always used to be so colorful, and as such, considers it a blessing to have changed so strikingly!
