Personality: 

Webleigh is a mild-mannered, well-meaning mammoth of a spider. He is very forgiving (he needs to be when Drip is on his team), but he does not forget. No one would call him shy, however, he speaks very little as his voice was ruined in his youth by a sickness. He can be rather pessimistic, mostly so that then when he runs out of steam and fails whatever challenge he was tasked with he does not take it too hard.
Webleigh will keep trying as much as he possibly can, but he is always tired because of the same illness that took his voice. Walking around on land especially tires him, but he tries not to show it if possible. He is desperately afraid of sickness, and is a complete germaphobe who will try to keep as clean as possible. He hates it when things that were on the floor get into his bubble, as he suspects this was why he got so sick that one time.

Backstory:

Webleigh was born a regular Dewpider in Mesprit's lake. He lived in a group of many Dewpider and one Araquanid; their collective father. When he was a Dewpider, he met a stupid fish that gave him the nickname Drop because Webleigh was 'way too long'. They became friends.
One day, Webleigh got very sick. Although he did recover, the cause of the sickness was never figured out. The sickness left him with a permanently hoarse throat, meaning he could not speak loudly enough to be heard by regular Pokemon outside of his bubble. Drip (who was still his friend) decided that he would be Drop's new voice ("um, it's still web" "WHAT WAS THAT DROP I COULDN'T HEAR YOU"), and began going with Webleigh wherever he went. When the mystery dungeons started up, the duo decided they should also form a exploration and rescue team, and the rest is history.
