Scout is the youngest of three pegasus siblings, supported even more by his blank flank. He's an exciteable child, who is known to be high energy just as much as his sister. He can often be found with one of his sisters, or helping in any way he can under the Cutie Mark Crusaders. He is still actively looking for his cutie mark, but tries to spend most of his time and energy having the most fun.

Just like his sister Speckle, Scout is a very hig henergy and active pony. He almost matches her bubbly personality, although it takes on a bit of a chaotic role. Just like her he loves interacting with people, and despite many finding him an annoyance at times he loves helping people just as much as both of his siblings. He is a very silly individual, finding fun in jokes and pranks that are fun for everypony.
