Marissa grew up on the west coast, she traveled often as her father was consistently trying to find the best places for work. Her father, spending most of his time in an airplane than at home, left Marissa at home more often. She found herself taking up creative mediums such as writing, poetry, and photography.
Marissa's mother left overseas due to an emergency concerning her family back in France. So, for the last 15 years, Marissa has been living with her father and only recently decided to move cross country to attend her second choice university.
