Harry was a Mr Hollywood in Toontown. Due to a malfunction, Harry wasn't someone cold and heartless, instead he had a love for toon's and wanted to be one. When he was in the experiments for cogs to toons, he met Sandy, becoming quick friends as he now is a key part of what now has become RD's crew once Sandy went missing. He tries to help his friends out a bunch and goes on adventures, RD, Slash, Rob, and as much as he hates to admit it, Tom, all appreciate his efforts a lot. He's obsessed with being a star, he wants to be famous and have his name out there- even dying for the chance to act. He would do anything to become an actor, would love to! Though it's harder then he really expected to be, though his friends still cheer him on! (not so much Tom but he doesn't do cheering much anyways). Harry's design was inspired by a director, though being a star is way more fun!
