Because of their trauma and disorders Tomi is a very moody person. They can have bursts of hapinness like being bubbly and cheerfull only to get extremely depressed or furious after a moment. They often might look like exaggerating but they experience extreme emotions stages. Aside from extreme feelings they are mostly energetic person who doesn't know much about personal space. They often cross it without realising someone might feel uncomfortable or constantly bite his husband Armin. Their extreme mood swings can also lead to sudden horniness without looking at their surroundings. Since being close to death Tomi has to move around on a wheelchair since they are still recovering. They often get sad because of that since they feel embarrassed of moving on a wheelchair.
Tomi was born in a normal happy family. When they were almost 2 years old they and their parents had a car accident. Tomi was crying very loudly on the back seat so his mother detached the seatbelts to turn around and help them. Unfortunately the moment she stood up someone else hit their car with a very high speed. Their mother without seatbelts fell through the front window and unfortunately died after long rescue. Tomi and their father survived with just few wounds. This event led Tomis life straight into hell. Their father never accepted his wifes death and accused Tomi of causing it, he wasn't able to forgive his child and abused him since his early years. Tomi was abused both physically and mentally, every day they heard that they are responsible for their mothers death and finally believed it at some point. Being manipulated and abused made them believe they deserve all the bruises and burns as a punishment for their action. Tomi was a patient of a mental hospital many times due to numerous suicide attempts but they enjoyed being there since everything was better than their own house. This is where he met Armin, their future husband that helped them escape this hell. Unfortunately, Tomi didn't know how to deal with their life and decided to escape into drugs. This led him to long amphetamine addiction and later even heroine. After many overdoses, rehabs and hospital visits their organs refused to work which caused their heart to stop. Luckily they got rescued and put into a coma. Now they are on a long path into recovery being supported by his husband, who was going through this with Tomi the entire time.
Armin is a person that gave Tomi hope for a better life. After being rescued by him, Tomi moved into his flat and lives there ever since. They were in love with Armin since the day they met, even though Armin didn't consider the possibility of them being together at first. Armin is a very accepting and caring husband, he supports his boyfriend in everything. Tomi also supports Armin during work or when he feels tired after all his responsibilities. Tomi is very grateful for help they received from Armin and often they feel like they doesn't deserve him. They got married in a hospital after Tomi didn't have many chances to survive.
Oliver is Armins protege, they live together as Armin takes care of him. This way he became also Tomis roommate. They go each other well, spend a lot of time together watching TV or playing games. Oliver and his service dog Szikra often help Tomi to calm down, and Tomi is Olivers best listener and supporter. They sometimes share secrets that they're too shy to tell Armin. He caressingly calls him Bonesy because of his weight and pale skin even though he looks even worse.
Tomi and Talia were put together in one room in the psych ward. Their friendship started by bullying each other every day and making fun of their disorders. Eventually this led to them talking every day and in a short time they formed a group with Oliver and Miron.
Miron and Tomi met in the psych ward when he was put there for the first time in his life. Tomi as a regular patient decided to help Miron in adapting and show him the hospital. They quickly befriended each other even though Tomi seemed crazy at first. Miron was the person who sticked their group together.
Olivia is a girlfriend of Armins best friend. She is a big role model and inspiration for Tomi. Not long ago they became close friends after fidning out that Tomi gets interested in makeup and nails. Olivia now constantly gives Tomi her old and unwanted clothes. They meet for manicure or for Olivia to teach them makeup tricks.
