Oliver comes from an abusive, broken family that just consisted of him and his mother. Ever since he was a child, he was clearly told he is not loved nor appreciated and that he ruined his mother's life by simply being born. He was mentally and physically abused by her. It led to him having serious mental problems at a young age, such as depression, schizophrenia or anorexia, that still are haunting him up to this day. On top of that, his immune system is weak which leads to him getting sick pretty easily. He went through multiple stays at hospital, suicide attempts and basically no real help until he met Armin.

Armin was volunteering at a hospital Oliver stayed in at a time. He was meant to spend time with patients, talk or play games with them, just overall distract them and help them. They both almost immediately clicked and enjoyed each other's companion, to the point that they exchanged phone numbers so Oliver would be able to contact him at any time. Armin visited him as often as he could and was always there for him. As soon as Oliver turned 18, Armin offered to help him get out of this situation. He agreed, not wanting to suffer anymore, and one day after his mother went to work, they packed all his belongings and moved them to Armin's dorm room, as he had no other place to live in at a time. Oliver stared therapy shortly after and finally got a proper help. As soon as Armin finished university, they moved out to an appartment he rented. There is 7 years difference between them and they both refer to each other as brothers and love each other like so. They became inseparable and Armin will do everything to protect his brother and make his life as best as possible. He never used his bad state for his own use and treated him with respect he deserved.

Eventually, Oliver was allowed to get a service dog; his therapist though it will improve his mental state a lot, which happened over time. They adopted a german shepherd and named her Szikra. Armin trained her under a supervision to meet Oliver's needs. He loves his new partner dearly and is thankful for her help, as she saved him tons of times. The trauma that he went through left a huge mark on his mental health, to the point that he was acting like a child instead of a teenager/adult he was. His state is slowly improving, though, with help of his guardian, best friends and boyfriend.

Even though his state was improving with Szikra and Armin supporting him, he still had to stay in the hospital a few times; this is how he met his friends. They all were at the same ward, just in different rooms. They spent the whole stay keeping each other company and decided to stay in touch after. They mostly talk through the Internet even though they all live in Budapest, it's just more convenient to them. Though, they sometimes meet in person, and of course meet each other every time they attend art classes in comunity center. One of them - Tomi - happened to move in to their place due to some unfortunate events, and later on got together with Armin, which led to them becoming closer. Oliver now treats him like his best friend, a second brother he could tell everything.

During another stay, he managed to befriend a mute, partially deaf boy in his age - Florence. They clicked immediately the same day they met, and Oliver decided to start learning sign language to be able to communicate with Flo properly. After a while, mostly talking through the Internet, they confessed their feelings and got together, happily supporting each other through all ups and downs. He is the first and only person Oliver felt such strong emotions and affection to.

Now, Oliver tries his best to improve and takes a big step forward - going to an university to properly learn sign language to become a certified translator. He is deeply in love with Florence and having a boyfriend actually motivated him to get better and more independent. He's on a good way to recovery.
