☆ Physical Description
White skin tone, purple eyes. Brown naturally upwards pointing spiky hair with two big fringes splitting from the middle of his forehead (His left is slightly shorter than his right.) Wears a plain tank top and slightly baggy trousers, both of which are Office Green in colour. Also wears white wrist covering gloves and white boots.

☆ Backstory
Grew up under abusive parents, but they died during a war, and so was continually raised by his brother Jay and intermediately by his half sister Gelly, with little recollection of his parents. Went to primary school where he didn't fit in very well at all, and became home educated through his highschool years before becoming a bounty hunter alongside his brother. Most of the friends he made throughout childhood were online, and so his goal became to eventually meet them in person someday. At 17 he found and took in an amnesiac girl who he nicknamed Ditzy and ended up mentoring.

☆ Personality
Neko is a very friendly person, getting along very well with anyone he can manage to befriend; However, he struggle when it comes to the actual befriending process, as he's also quite shy around strangers. A notable trait is that he's rather eccentric; He loves to be incredibly goofy or humorous when can, as he greatly enjoys entertaining others.
