Rhizo ran away from home at a young age and became a wanderer. She and Sandy crossed paths at some point, hit it off, and started traveling together. They live together in a shared apartment in the Coral Sea Vivariums, but they have to work a lot of odd jobs to stay afloat. Rhizo especially takes it upon herself to coordinate many different kinds of hustles, since she's good at that sort of thing.

Rhizo can go from cute to mean in the blink of an eye whenever it suits her. She genuinely hates most people and would prefer to be left alone, but she's willing to put on an act if it'll help her and Sandy continue living comfortably.
