Graph

Graph is a traveler of Media, exploring every location on the map of the land with a quest to locate more unmarked areas and to build them up and stabilize the structures and population enough that they will be put on the official Monitor survey map before he leaves. He was approved by all three regions of Media's councilors to explore East, Central, and Western Media for this task, and so is well acquainted with the Council for efficient resources and approval.

The silver tabby tom has his own personal way of determining if a location is suitable to be put forth for approval for the monitor map. If he finds it's a safe enough environment with enough resources that he'd trust raising one of his own kittens in, then it is ready to be put in for approval and he can go on his way to the next location. This has led him to actually test the theory in many of the locations, having a litter of kittens in every city, town, and village that is on the monitor survey map. [You know . . . ;) ] He logs each of his kittens in a personal archive and stays with the verified mother until he feels she and the kittens are in a safe environment, and then he moves on to the next location and checks in on them for their seasonal birthdays (until they're a year old and then it's annual check-ins) and Median holidays, making sure they and the rest of the population has his contact info if he needs to go back and reassess the safety and accessible resources of the environment as a monitor.

Thankfully due to his job and his alliance with the high-ranking monitor, Phantascope in Central Media, the two were able to pool their perks together to provide for the locations his kittens were in to allow regular and standard verified medians more luxuries that are generally exclusive to monitors, and together they founded Clowder City with the Studio Star and Server to provide for even more individuals seeking verification from Media. This led him to become quite famous among the general Median population as well, and he paused his work during his time as founder in Clowder City. Once Graph was shunned to Western Media after Phantascope's exile and eventual execution from Signal, the Galactic Cinema (head of Council) assured Graph the benefits going into the cities from his and Phantascope's positions would not be taken away.

He has since become reclusive and unreachable, with only a select few being able to contact him.

Upon being called back to Central Media, Film reestablished Graph's previous position and now gave him the choice of retiring or reassessing the locations and discovering more so he can now find and rekindle his relationships with his litters, and now potential grand-litters, since he's been gone.
