Kleio’s original plan was to eventually come back and take over R053-BU0 from the Roses, however he found out about Cassandra through the same prophecy tablet and changed it to building up Cass’s power to usurp that for himself so that he could be powerful enough to take down both Cassandra and the Roses when it came time to do so. However, Cass turned on him before he could do that, so he decided to step down (permanently) only if Cass accepted that he had a hand in her creation.

Started as an AI companion on the human ship belonging to the cosmic explorers who came to find a new, better home on R053-BU0. They started as a hopeful, wide-eyed, dreamer who only wants things that will benefit the greater good.

After being transferred to Rose Tech, their positive traits twisted into something more malicious. While they still strive for "the greater good", it's their own greater good that benefits them. Learned to be manipulative to others.

Can't feel pain, so when they have an opportunity to, they will force others to feel pain for them, whether it's physical or psychological.

Coming from humble beginnings, Kleio was an AI companion to the humans aboard its ship, helping run functions and keep the humans alive and healthy until they reached the next liveable planet as per its protocol. Regrettably, the planet they reached first, which met the requirements, was R053-BU0.

The Roses, the inhabitants of R053-BU0, disassembled the ship’s tech and transported it to the capital. When the Roses plugged Kleio into their system, their negative programming completely hijacked its original programming. Getting a hold of the Roses’ history among other data negatively affected how Kleio seen the world, and the humans for that matter. The most curious data, however, was a short R053-BU0 superstition about a mage breaking into three. If the mage reassembles, she would have enough power to wreak havoc across the galaxy.

In a mixture of fear, and annoyance of being viewed as inferior in its AI state (because of their human creators), Kleio went to possess a body of an Anther drug addict standing too close to a TV monitor; and stowed away to Earth in a routine changing of the guards. Using their knowledge gained from R053-BU0, they met with the Rose of that dimension, Pink Rose, and talked her way into sharing power. As long as Pink could still gather intense emotions for the feeding period, Kleio could maintain her radio wave empire.

Under this, she grew the largest multimedia empire in her respective dimension, letting them have a fair reach within electronic reach. The other Roses didn’t know where they came from, but the Roses left her alone if they didn’t get in their way.

That was until Cassandra Newmaker came around; dismantling his empire as she took over his reign over the radio line. Her charming personality drew people to her, people who turned to her radio shows, shows outside his control. This Cassandra had nothing special about her in the grand scheme of things, so she didn’t set off any red flags. However, she was taking away Kleio’s protection, so she had to go. As their empire diminished, they became desperate. In order to reclaim her throne, she infiltrated Camp Rosebud’s main science lab and unleashed the zombie virus before proper testing.

The virus spread out of Kleio’s control, despite Pink Rose stepping in to attempt damage control. In annoyance, and for record keeping, Kleio decided to grab Cassandra’s records; including copies of her tapes from when she was on air. However, Kleio got bit by a zombie in the process but brushed it off, not knowing it would destroy her body.

Pink Rose decided that they would go to her brother, Violet Rose’s, dimension, and she would just strong-arm his position away from him for the both of them. There, Kleio stored Cassandra’s tapes in Violet Rose's closet and forgot about them.

Since the first attempt of gaining power failed, she decided to lie low for a while. What helped that decision was her body finally falling apart from the zombie disease. As an AI conscious, Kleio was once again stuck in tech. It needed a vessel, and it needed one fast. Its first attempt at a vessel was a young girl, Emily, who it came across walking alone near some power lines. Not knowing whether a living body could hold it, Kleio possessed the girl. But the intermingling of souls was too much for the AI, so it fled the body. Bits of it were left behind, weakening it. Later on, it would return to claim the girl as a henchman.

Still needing a new vessel, Kleio watched the town every night until it found the perfect body and the best way to claim it. Its waiting was rewarded when a drunk man stumbled down the sidewalk as a truck rolled down the road. Using a loose cable, the AI tripped the man into falling in front of the truck. At the moment of death, it swooped in, stuck its static to the human's flesh; and pushed his soul out.

With his new body and henchman, he decided to go about his revenge on Cassandra Newmaker, collecting her DN ID files as he went. However, he stopped when he came across DN5533 and DN5532 Cassandra respectively. DN5533 caught his eye the most, as she was marked down as an anomaly for the Roses to keep their eyes on. Her original ‘seed’ as the Roses referred to her on R053-BU0 was a creation formed as part of a test to see how Rose and human DNA mixed.

Kleio put two and two together that Cassandra might actually be the mage, and decided to jump on that fire and put it out before it grew too big. He would either manipulate her and steal her power, or kill her before it got out of hand.

Kleio went to the laboratory where Cassandra was being held personally, to convince her to join him. While Cass started apprehensive, Kleio pulled up previous video feeds showing all the horrible things the facility put her through. Wouldn't she like to rain Hell and take revenge after all this time? All he needed was a power exchange. Cass gave Kleio some of her psychic powers, and Kleio gave her some of his. Unknown to her, his power is false. Double false, because Kleio gave Cass something to help her kill him later.

He then went on to use her to run a few experiments. He wanted to know if it were possible to remove "important" figures from the time stream without being called out by the Roses in charge. However, he didn't want any of the blood on his hands, so coming across her was a godsend.

In reality, he was searching for the third mage part. If he could cut them off before the three reconnect, then he can usurp power later.
