Taiga starts caring about Kazali in a way that feels deeply unsafe to it, so it doesn't want to admit it to itself, to enable its denial. Vertigo notices Taiga's acting different (since it's so out character for it) and asks about it, but Taiga denies everything. Vertigo realizes, softly, that Taiga doesn't want to admit it.
Fier uses their time outdoors as an opportunity to connect with Joy. As Fier is in a QPR with Vertigo, and Joy is Vertigo's sibling, Fier likes the opportunity to get closer to Vert indirectly. They don't spend a ton of time together, since Joy isn't super sociable, but they get along well enough.
