Personality:
Snow tends to be more of the quiet, intellectual type and tends to keep to himself. He's not a ruthless murderer that loves ruining people's lives- he actually harbors a lot of guilt around being an outlaw. He is fiercely loyal to those he trusts, which is why he remains an outlaw, despite his morals. Snow is multilingual and can speak 10 different languages at different proficiencies, so he is often used as a translator.
Snow is constantly utterly exhausted. This poor lad is an awful insomniac, and can sometimes go three or four days without any sleep. He's a very high strung, anxious person, so on top of his crippling insomnia, he's always stretching himself very thin. Snow likes to plan and know how and when things are happening, which is why he despises the constant chaos that the twins create.
He really wants to impress people and show what he's capable of- especially Locke. He feels a responsibility to control things and make sure everything runs smoothly. However, this tends to just mean that he's constantly babysitting the twins and trying to prevent them from ruining things. He values a high quality of work and really pushes himself to uphold that.
Snow is quite cynical and tends to have issues trusting people and opening up. Snow is constantly fed up with everyone's (especially the twins') stupidity, so he tends to crave the sweet embrace of death and be just a whole ass mood.

Backstory:
Snow's past is closely guarded, however, it is nearly impossible to tell that he is from Poland, as he doesn't have an accent whatsoever. One would need to get very close to him to find out the whole story.
