Woo Ping's Links
There's a certain discomfort Jolene has at times when around Woo Ping, but she's too naive still to put her finger on where the discomfort comes from. That aside, Jolene does not dislike Woo Ping- she is incredibly impressed by his skills and abilities as a monk, realising this must take quite a level of discipline. Jolene herself is too impulsive for that kind of life, so she has admiration for those that are capable of following through. She's also happy to see that, despite his age, Woo Ping is still healthy and thriving. She hopes he has many more years ahead of him, and in the meantime, she's glad to have his help in doing things to make the world a little better.
If Hideo had to describe Woo Ping in one word it would be “genki”. At first glance, Woo Ping may look like an old monkey man, but appearances can be deceptive. Woo Ping can be brutal on the battlefield and Hideo has seen him liven up when luscious women were involved during more than one occasion. Hideo is highly impressed with Woo Pings continued good health and spirit, but wonders when he’s going to run out of juice. The history between Woo Ping and Ahmya, the village elder of Mura, concerns Hideo.
