About
Othalan, also known as "ᛟᛞᚨᛁ", possess the power of [manipulation]. With his hands movements he can move objects and people if he manages to touch them, he also manipulates elements such as fire to commit inmoral acts. His hair grows when he uses his power due to the amount of magic he has, it fades slowly as the it drains and returns to its natural state. He hasn't confirmed if his power is the cause of his social skills or it's just him being charismatic and convincing. Still, the limits of his power are unknown.
In appearance, he is a tall thin boy who hides his skin under long clothes, he never lets anyone see under those clothes unless he so wishes. He only uses the veil when it is necessary to cover his face.

Personality
He is an enigmatic person aware of his high potential, so he does everything as he pleases. It is common to see him with a smile but rarely does it sincerely. Enjoys manipulating others into an equivalent exchange contract. Likes making fun of his subordinates with his calm, charming attitude. However, even if he seems like a fake person he really says what he thinks and reserves the details to himself if necessary. According to his logic, the plan will not change even if his subordinates know his plans.

Trivia
Backstory
Othalan himself has never wanted to talk about his childhood or what happened before. He was found as a young one, alone, helpess and covered with grime by a man of robust characteristics, who only provided him with shelter - which made Othalan obligated to learn how to fend for himself, he learnt how to hunt this way, using the man's tools, without letting him know about the skills he learned from his parents in the past.
He survived as a 'normal' child so he had somewhere to come back to, and the man never questioned his lifeless eyes. Years passed
this way, the man died from a plague and Othalan never understood how it happened until later on, yet he never felt any remorse or feelings towards the man's parting, his only thought at that moment was: ''This body is now useless.'' Othalan cremated the man's lifeless body with his own hands, whose ashes were thrown to the sea just as the man told the young Othalan he did before with his loved ones.
Othalan went on to live in the wild, now with better tools and knowledge, during his journey he met with allies - at the same time, discarding that which bothered him, without showing interest in what he considers as [useless].

He met Baal while committing crimes in near villages with Othalan's group, he would really love to have Baal - break him, drive him to madness, examine every inch of his being and experiment - since he has information of Baal's species. Reminds Othalan of himself in a way, but with his senses still clear.
From Othalan's perspecitve - he has no pleasure in meeting her, yet he is reminded of his younger sister when he looks at her. They might be vague memories, even though he has only seen her from far away, he does not know the real truth.
Loves to annoy him and watch his reactions, he considers Kaun as interesting for his fast thinking - yet he constantly ''teases'' him, burning his bed so they could sleep together is part of 'learning.'
Seeks for him out of necessity, and at the same time out of sadism. Othalan thinks of Ansuz as the calm, and himself as the storm's thunder during their afternoon tea. He enjoys their conversations, and likes to hear Ansuz's point of view to later on act the opposite way or to act to his convenience.
Holds no great opinion over Wynn. He makes Othalan laugh, and finds his looks to be good - which he would like to sell (and perhaps of the rest as well) - to create good income, just in case something fails.
