Story: Aojei is a Blue Jay Youkai that did a solo migration to Gensokyo after the West Hemisphere modernized beyond all her belief.  She's still having a hard time adjusting because she's an English speaker in a Japan based pocket dimension.

Personality: Aojei is the embodiment of forever young. She's a bit immature and VERY energetic. She tries to find excitement in her everyday life, which does lead to the annoyance of the people around her.
