RONAN
Ronan is Joel and Sarah's eldest and he doesn't take the role too seriously. Ronan is a remarkably laid back sleepy type of guy. He'll work only as much as he has to.
He accepted the bite early in his teen years unlike his sister Orla who was conflicted. Simply put, he thought it'd be cooler than just being human and doing witchcraft was still work to him, as he saw it. But honestly it was what he was around his whole life, it felt only natural and he wasn’t quite sure why anyone else would question it. Though he's devoted to the Leon Pack, part of him wants to take in the scents of other territories.
Relationships
Joel [ Father ]
Like father like son-- Ronan has taken after Joel's calm and warm personality. Both keen on laying in the grass in the warm sun over worrying over things, Ronan more so of course. Ronan is a bit more keen to lean on his father as he feels they're more cut from the same cloth. Joel is always open to Ronan's needs and is more of a softy when it comes to him and Orla, so he knows he's less likely to get chewed out by his father.
Sarah [ Mother ]
His mother isn't afraid to chide him but will quickly soften the blow by showing affection. It's usually over Ronan's habit of loafing around if anything. Ronan does find some fun in getting his mother in a bit of a huff though. He knows if she didn't get on him the short amounts that she does he'd likely be lazier so Ronan doesn't get upset over it at all. Mothers will be mothers and he wouldn't trade his for the world.
Orla [ Sibling ]
He adores his lil sibling very much. Ronan takes alot of pleasure over getting Orla frustrated with him. He likes it because it feels like she comes out of her shell in those moments. Orla tends to stay to their own devices and work on witchcraft workings that their mother passed onto them. Ronan respects Orla's talent with it, but not so much Orla's peace and quiet. What are big brother's for if not to be a menace?
Sean [ Third Cousin ]
The werewolves in their family makes things a bit... unvoncentional. As Ronan and Orla consider Sean more like their uncle. Which they call him as such and even when Sean ages more quickly than them, they'll still refer to him as Uncle. Sean helped raise them after all. Sean was the source of freedom for Ronan growing up. His parents were a bit more strict as they worried after their first born but Sean was his goofy uncle that he had a lot of fun with. His mother and father feel that's where Ronan got his cheeky nature from. Ronan will still act like a big kid around Sean in hopes of getting spoiled like he used to. Old habits die hard.
Cole [ Fourth Cousin ]
Just "cous(in)" to Orla and Ronan. It makes things easier. Ronan will treat Cole like a kid, as he is, but Cole doesn't quite appreciate it. Ronan feels kinda bad that Cole seems to have grown so quickly, or that he felt he had the need to. Cole has had to make a lot of decisions and observations faster than any kid should, Ronan realizes, and hopes to help him recapture being a kid with him.
Isaac [ Pack Member | Best Friend ]
Best friends. He's so thankful Isaac has come into their pack. Truth be told, Isaac stepped into the second-hand pack role in Ronan's stead and to Ronan's relief. It's not like the role was bad in any way, it just made him feel... restless. Ronan had a minor crush on him at first but seeing how dedicated Isaac is to the pack and how he seems most keen on staying in the territory, Ronan became conflicted. He's not sure if he himself wants to stay with the pack or go out on his own so his romantic attatchment waned. They still get along thick as thieves though. He helps balance Isaac and Isaac helps hype Ronan up.
Nailah [ Pack Member ]
Nailah teases him a lot. He feels like he must be an easy target or something as Isaac knows how to counter Nailah's antics best. She's a rowdy pup full of energy and he's just a loaf. It could be that he's an unmoving target that makes him so easy to get at. He has a lot of trouble keeping up with her. Physically and mentally.
Romy [ Pack Member ]
Romy is a big mystery to Ronan. They don't really talk to Ronan. He's pretty sure he has probably heard them speak 10 words ever! Exaggerations aside, he happens to find their presence calming and reassuring. It must have been the shift of their raised hackles of when they first arrived to the pack to being able to relax out in the open. And he sees what's happening between Romy and Orla, and he's happy that they have each other in whatever aspect.
