Sir Tiberius

• Neglected as a young pup by his parents, Tiberius had to stand up early for himself already in order to survive starvation, sickness and hard winters

• He cropped his ears as a juvenile to strip off the impression to be of lower ancestry

• At the age of 7 the page began his training to become squire, to finale receive his accolade at 21 years old

• Due to his neglect throughout his forming years, he never was properly socialized, and imprinted seeing others as hostile competition for resources. This behavior never changed, but he gained more self-control over his impulses

• He proved himself in tournaments and battles. His huge frame, power and determination helped him gain recognition and reputation. During his journey to become a knight, he only saw Gregor as a worthy comrade and friend. Albeit, as Tiberius became more influential, their relation worsened

• The final cut between the two happened when Tiberius overpowered the stumbling Gregor to corner King Denario instead himself, presenting the wolf to the now-King Herold, who decapitated the surrounded wolf. Gregor never forgave him this humiliating act. After the slaughter of King Denario, the knight was on top of his career and was granted spacious tracts of land

• In his growing megalomania, Tiberius underestimated his prestige, but grew hungry for meat and abundance whenever he pleased and started to kill low-born and peasant folks. One of his hunts cost his eye; he vowed vengeance on the escaped victims.

• His killing spree kept going until he was caught. Fallen into disgrace, the King deprived him of his knighthood and worldly belongings. Being stripped off everything he had, he turned to the Church to beg for forgiveness and protection – only to come across the priest Demetrius, who was in need of a protective guard himself

• Demetrius – in the spite and in the absence of the bishop – spoke absolution, but asked the dog to swear fidelity to him instead. The angered king installed Tiberius (carrying the title of a knight once more) as an executioner to make use of his potential, but forbid him to participate in any other professions or to fight under his banner. Tiberius was granted the rights to process the bodies of the executed and to sell the processed remains

• Though, hidden from the view of society, he once again went on hunting sprees in the forbidden woods or took the life of those, who unwillingly crossed paths in the dark, acquiring a taste of younger meats, to consume it himself or sell it on black markets

• Under the indoctrination and mental abuse of Demetrius’ the dog lost his mind completely and turned against the fox and the Church
