Often falling over his own words, Dr. James Rogers is a bit of a mess to talk to. A little frantic, stuttery, and distractible in places, he tends to avoid human contact in order to avoid the consequences. And with the demeanour of that one teacher you had who was two steps away from a nervous breakdown, people often wonder how on earth James is a licensed Therapist.

The thing is, what seems concerning to an unknowing onlooker, is just the norm for the man himself. He's used to living a rather eventful life, what with being the host of a Dissociative Identity Disorder system- amongst other things- and he does have ways to cope with it should they really need them. It's just with memory issues, bad habits, and not always being the one in charge of the body, he tends to forget to actually put them to use.

Although a bit of a mess, James is an incredibly kind person who struggles with putting their needs before the needs and well-being of others (much to the disdain of his System). He's caring to a fault, and would answer a client's calls in the middle of the night if it helped even a fraction. Despite all this, he believes himself to have no friends; fueled by anxiety and autistic misunderstanding, he's scared to assume in case he's read it all wrong.

• Scars: James is very scarred up due to a hard life. The most visible ones are on his forehead, and the back of his right hand.
• Glasses: Fiddling with his glasses so much, they've become a little mishapen. As such, they tend to sit crooked on his nose a lot..
• Greying: He's got light streaks of grey at the thin hairs around his ears, but they're not hugely noticible..

• Psychology: Being a long-term Therapist, and DID and Anxiety being such large parts of his life, James has a lot of theming in emotions & mental states.
