Isa

Isa is a fusion of a Zigzagoon and Sky Shaymin, manifesting as an ice/steel type. He is one of the most perplexing cases in Professor Gracidea's research, as they cannot figure out why Isa would have manifested as types not associated with either Zigzagoon or Shaymin. Isa is Munger's brother. He lives in the Grassland Biome of the lab with his brother, but also has a den in the Mountain biome for when it gets too hot in the Grasslands.

Isa was originally born to a pack of Zigzagoon Shaymin hybrids. Unique typings were virtually unheard of within the pack itself, but they embraced him, trying to make Isa feel nothing less than accepted and loved. However, as Isa grew older, he began to notice how much his ice typing in particular was causing problems for his family. Out of guilt, Isa fled the pack during the dead of night in the hopes of reaching the Original Forest. Having heard tales of the Elder Shaymin since he was young, Isa believed that they could turn him into a regular hybrid that would no longer be capable of hurting his loved ones. It didn't take him long to figure out that Munger was following him, and while Isa tried to send her back home at first, he eventually relented and let his sister travel with him. The two eventually arrived at the forest, and upon seeking audience with the Elder, were directed to Shaun. While the Elder had no intentions of changing Isa into a "normal" hybrid, nor did they have such powers in the first place, they did believe it could be valuable for Isa to learn more about the peculiarity of his typing and how to control his powers in general. Isa was skeptical at first but agreed and ventured to Shaun's lab, where he has been training ever since.
