Effa

A crimer. Demon summoner with witchblade implants on their spine linked to a fragment of a demon of snatching/grabbing that takes the form of big fuckin' hands. Very powerful at grabbing things but problems are a.) getting it to stop grabbing things, and b.) making sure the entire demon doesn't manifest and start a rampage.

Originally from a star-worshipper village fort on the east coast of March USA, but they dumped all that for the thrill of destroying or stealing things belonging to other people. Ended up part of the household of Cousin F, in the dubiously named Green Lotus Rehabilitation Society. Effa is an adult, but still kind of a brat.
