Only Surgeon in his day job whos able to perform most surgeries with 100% success rate. Isn't really cocky about it and in fact gets annoyed when another doctor can't do something and he has to get called in.
Ability
He has the weird inate ability to stay awake for extended periods of time with little to no consequences. No one really knows why or how he does this however there was time when he didn't have fangs or red eyes either. So who knows!
Occupation
His day job is being head and main surgeon in a larger hospital, however his side work is kept in the shadows and involves Top secret ingredients and tasks. He often neglects the day job to work on the ladder. Not like he really cares the day job is more of a front.

The man always wears some kind of dress pants, a loose dress shirt with tie unless he's in surgery then he's in full scrubs. Hair usually in an awkward loose ponytail. Sometimes a sweater. 90% of the time has gloves on. Glasses are sometimes switched with contacts especially when he's working on something that required him not to randomly loose sight if they fell off.

- Only drinks water literally nothing else liquid will touch his tongue.
- Is actually amused when people are scared of him and avoid him like the plague.
- Usually loses some of his day job pay due to breaking stuff out of anger.
- Hates his little brother but tolerates him as there is a slight sliver of sibling.. love? maybe.. actually who knows.
- Likes going to cafe's for a few hoarse on weekends and if questioned why he wont answer.
- Smokes inside buildings whenever he wants because screw rules.
