vulture
he / they
toon (cat)

throw & squirt

INFO

  • an unlucky toon with a less eccentric sense of humor.
  • despite vulture’s dull colors and dour expression, he’s actually quite an optimistic toon. he’s very involved in the resistance, though slapstick gags aren’t his style. he prefers to talk cogs in circles with sarcasm to waste their time.
  • they still keep their starter gags on them for fun, but they view them more as props than anything else.
  • typical slapstick shenanigans DO follow them, but vulture themself has no involvement aside from possessing abnormally bad luck that attracts things like inconveniently placed pianos and sticks of dynamite. they’ve learned to work around it, and cogs they bother tend to get caught in the crossfire.
  • he enjoys having a dramatically dry persona and plays it up for laughs, especially around cogs who take it extremely seriously.
  • the main target of his bullying is payday, who he finds incredibly entertaining to mess with. he sometimes borrows dollar bills from dr. dynofish for the express purpose of making fun of the loan shark.
  • they can fly, but only really do so to get to higher ground rather than consistent movement. they like to feel tall [already my tallest ttr toon]

  • they don’t express themself in a very obvious way, typically having half-lidded eyes and a neutral frown or slight smile at most. even with expressions like surprise, their reaction would look limited next to other toons.
  • they can wear anything but tend towards darker / muted colors overall. their favorite color is blue.
  • a single snaggletooth is usually visible even when his mouth is closed.

RELATIONSHIPS

rival
  • the world’s funniest cog in vulture’s eyes. the guy’s persistence would be admirable if he wasn’t so pathetic about it. vulture refuses to call him by name and instead has a roster of variant nicknames they use instead. payday hates this so bad
  • he really only runs into them when their resistance tasks occasionally match up, but he loves their lackadaisical attitude and trusts them for it.
