ABOUT:

Cael is a (currently undead) angel harboring half of The Electrocuted's power, and is one of the 10 geists. He is an antagonist in Ghost Bound, and his current mission is to find and capture Todd. He prioritizes having fun over his duties, often getting him in trouble with his "boss". He is cruel and capricious, and takes joy from the despair of others. Like the other geists, Cael is undead and cannot be killed or harmed by normal means. He can control and create electricity!

EXTRA:

- He has a backstory and completely different personality from when he was alive, but that would spoil too much from the comic!

- He can be drawn either with or without the ghost arm and eye aura. They are always on his right side only, never the left or both.
