- He does not drink blood directly from people. He consumes blood through shot needles. He does this to avoid bringing anyone harm.

He teaches religious studies on Fridays and Thursdays. Additionally, he preaches daily and holds congregations. He refers to his pupils as "My sons and daughters." - He holds a fascination for circuses and carnivals. He's charmed by them.

Yevgeni is described to be incredibly wise and knowledgeable; a walking library if you will. He appears to know a lot and shares this wisdom with others, as he does not wish to keep it to himself only. He's a teacher, a provider of growth, and beholds many students who come to him to learn. Most adore him for his compassion. He's fatherly, and those who grew without one seek the comfort and guidance from him in place of that. He's seen as a father-figure for most; Yevgeni does not have any birth children of his own so he views his students as such. He's a caring soul inwardly and out, genuinely wanting to see people improve within themselves and to develop into better individuals. His solicitude for one is not false nor fake. And his actions are certainly not done to gain anything out of anyone.
Yevgeni is extremely religious; whether that's necessarily a negative or positive is up to the person to decide. He preaches at Oracles of Arioch - a Church - and teaches children about the religion and history of it. He recites prayers from the Arioch Bible (The Quoiza), either intentionally or unintentionally. Most of his work or acts are often done out of the good of not just his heart but for the sake of Father. He worships Father greatly and is his loyal messenger. He is blind when it comes to Father and follows his orders aimlessly without question. He sees the deity as more than anything of this world and will do whatever it takes to achieve Father's goals. Even if that requires unjustified crimes including murder. He is aware of Father's circus and the horrid secrets behind it, but Yevgeni believes it's justified for whatever reason. He has committed many utmost horrible things on the behalf of Father; some considered downright appalling.
